Mologico GmbH, Kalbacher Hauptstrasse 42a, 60437 Frankfurt am Main, Germany · Amtsgericht Frankfurt am Main HRB 105280 · VAT ID DE306066483 · Email: info@aviation-job.com ("we").
2. The service
We write a candidate post about you based on your CV and your answers, using an automated AI service, and send it to you for approval (one round of changes included). After your approval we publish it in our LinkedIn and Facebook aviation groups. With Contact Management and Premium, employers contact you through a contact form; with Premium your name is not published, we hold a short video interview with you first and we filter requests before forwarding them. Runtime of the contact form: 30 days after publication.
getnamed is a promotion service. We are not a recruitment or placement agency and do not guarantee interviews, job offers or any employment outcome. Whether and when LinkedIn shows the post to group members or recommends it by email is decided by LinkedIn. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for checking the draft before you approve it.
3. Prices and payment
getnamed EUR 29.00 · getnamed + Contact Management EUR 39.00 · getnamed Premium EUR 199.00. All prices are final prices in euros, one-time. For customers in the EU they include German VAT of 19 %; for customers outside the EU no VAT is charged. Payment is due immediately by card (Stripe) or PayPal. An invoice is sent by email after payment.
4. Conclusion of contract
By clicking "Continue to payment" and completing the payment you place a binding order; the contract is concluded when we confirm the payment by email.
5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Withdrawal instruction
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Mologico GmbH, Kalbacher Hauptstrasse 42a, 60437 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, email info@aviation-job.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision. We use the same means of payment as you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees. If you requested that the service starts during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you informed us of your withdrawal.
Premature expiry: The right of withdrawal expires when we have fully performed the service, if performance began only after your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed. The service is fully performed when your approved post has been published.
6. Your data
Your CV and your answers are used to write your post. Your CV is transmitted to the AI service Anthropic (API) for this purpose and is not used to train AI models. We delete your CV and the post data after the runtime ends; unpaid orders after 14 days. Invoice data is kept for the statutory retention period. Published posts remain in the groups unless you ask us to remove them. Details: Privacy Policy.
7. Liability and final provisions
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under the Product Liability Act; for slight negligence only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable typical damage. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
